I’d just like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to the Monte Community.
Our amazing teachers have been working hard in their homes, remotely, to provide top notch online learning activities for our students. Students have been logging on, completing tasks, uploading photos and joining in on Zoom chats. Families have been fitting in home life, distance learning, exercise excursions outside and lots of yummy cooking, by the looks of all the DB Primary uploads! All while keeping safe in our bubbles.
As we move into Level 3 lockdown status, things will remain the same for many of you. There will be a skeleton staff onsite for the next two weeks. We are available at school to answer any of your questions should queries arise.
Keep up the great work team! We are a resilient and impressive bunch. I am so proud to part of such a vibrant community. We are really looking forward to seeing you all in Level 2 – real life (hopefully not too far away now).
In the meantime – Kia Kaha and may all of God’s Blessings reign over us.
Aroha nui, Mrs McAlpine
