Frequently Asked Questions

Please ensure that any withdrawal of children, for any reason, during teaching
time, is requested in advance. It is not acceptable to arrive without any prior notice and ask to withdraw your child from class.
 
This must be done in writing / email and addressed to the Principal. Only the Principal may give permission for a child to be absent from school during school time for any reason other than sickness.

Children withdrawn from class, with prior permission, must be signed out at the office by their parent. if they return to school on the same day, they must be signed back in again by their parent.

In the case of an emergency, the school is responsible for the safety of
everyone on site and as such we must know who is on site and when.
Children who arrive late (after 8:55 a.m.)
MUST be signed in at the office by a parent.
Please do not just drop late children off and

send them to sign in on their own

Please ensure that you let Mrs. Follows know ASAP if your child is going to be absent. This can be done in one of 3 ways;
 
through the phone system, option 1,
 
the 'Report and absense' button on the Welcome page of the website
 
or email
 
PLEASE DO NOT leave an absence message on the teachers’ voice-mail as these are often not cleared in time.

Enrolments for New Entrants should be recieved before July 31st in the year prior to your child starting school. This also applies to siblings of curent students.

Assembly is on a Friday afternoon beginning at 2:30 p.m. All parents are welcome to attend.
